Impro workshops
What
:
Improvisation is the art of "being in the moment". On stage we have no idea what will happen next and there are no limits to the options that exist in every single second.
The good news is - that it’s a great place to be in, a place of great freedom and most important - a place where you can never be wrong.
In this workshop the participants experience all the features that allow us to freely improvise on stage:
·
we will learn to recognize the censor that lives in all of us, which prevents us from being spontaneous.
·
we will learn to express ourselves by listening to… finding interest in… and responding freely and without stress.
·
we will use our voices and might even sing.
·
we will work on characters - their statuses and relationships.
·
we will discover our comical sides, our emotional sides, the ones we usually do not express in our daily life.
There will be workshops for professional actors and for people who are not professional actors but would like to experience this form of expression. The workshops will be conducted by Inbal Lori and Muli Shulman- both are graduates of the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio in Israel, year 2000 and members of the Israelis "Lama Alpaka" and "Three Falling" improvisation groups.

The workshop in English
will take place in the Crea Studios, Vendelstraat 2, Amsterdam in room B0.08 . The Hebrew workshop will take place at the soeka room in Beth Sjalom, Kastelenstraat 84, 1083DE Amsterdam.
